Cobalt Wire is a blue silver looking product made up of cobalt material. The wires are mostly used to make magnets. The material can be seen in medical industrial applications, electronics, batteries and in mobile devices. Navstar Steel is a leading Chromium Alloy 6B Welding Wire Manufacturer In India. The wires can range in diameter from 0.005 inches to 0.125 inches in various lengths.
The lengths range from 25 inches to 100 inches for the wires. The Cobalt Mig Wire has carbon, 52% cobalt, chromium and tungsten in the composition. It is used for the MIG welding procedures. There are different grades of the wires such as NIC 9001 and NIC 9006.
The NIC 9006 Cobalt Chromium Wire has more cobalt content of 65% and has less hardness. The hardness of the 9006 grade is at 44-46HRc. The material has high melting point of 1768.5K and is used for high performance alloys. The Cobalt 6 Welding Wire can be used with ease for welding applications. The material comes in different purities such as 99%, 99.95% and 99.99% pure grades as well. Please contact us for more information on the cobalt wires, Nickel Cobalt Wire and other types of cobalt wire products and prices.
